It was a complete reinstall, with a new HD. I was able to log in to my My Media account easily enough though.
I still have the original HD.

After upgrading my PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10 all the Alexa My Media playlists have disappeared. I use a Brennan B2 as a NAS and this has relinked OK to the PC.
