Has Apple made Apple Music streaming/radio any more accessible to third-party developers (like bizmodeller) than was iTunes Radio? If so, I would love to see access to their streaming service made available through DLNA. (Bye, bye, Spotify)
Thanks,
Jeff

Re: Which versions of iTunes are compatible with iHomeServer
Non-supported version data point: Using iHomeServer 3.1.66.0 to start iTunes 12.0.1.26 on the desktop results in iTunes "forgetting" the window size and location from when it was closed (or more accurately - restarted in the background). It defaults back to a small window anchored in the top left co...

Re: Smart Playlist Updating Oddly
Update: After the uninstall/re-install of iTunes, which included deleting the iTunes folders in C:\Program Data and my Local and Roaming App Data folders, all smart playlists seem to be working normally now. NB: the smart playlists add songs randomly and are not sorted by artist, title, date or any ...

Re: Smart Playlist Updating Oddly
That is correct. Caveat: due to other issues with iTunes, iTunes Radio and Windows USB drivers, I had to completely uninstall and reinstall iTunes. It's possible the issue has gone away, but I need to do some more testing to be sure. Mainly, I need to go through all of my smart playlists and see wha...

Smart Playlist Updating Oddly
I have some very cool smart playlists created in iTunes, most of which add and delete songs based on the date they were last played and their rating. In iTunes, when I play a song in one of these playlists long enough to trigger a play count, new songs get added to the bottom of the playlist when th...

Re: Restrict Display of Album Artwork to Specific Dimensions
Perfect!
Problem solved! My largest album art images (>1000x1000) are displaying on my remote control device, which wouldn't display them before.
Thanks, and good job to all involved.
Cheers,
Jeff

Restrict Display of Album Artwork to Specific Dimensions
I'd like to request the ability for the DLNA module of iHomeServer to force album artwork to specific pixel dimensions, e.g. 400x400 , 200x200, etc. The downscale-by-bytesize feature is useful in some ways, but it doesn't help if control devices or home devices won't display album artwork that has d...

Re: iTunes Radio?
Thanks for that info. I figured it was a long shot anyway.
Apple's intransigence notwithstanding, I'm really impressed with all the things that iHomeServer can do. It's a great piece of software!
Cheers,
Jeff

Bump: Topic Not Moderated After 3 Days
I posted a new topic on Jul 8th, and as of 1840 EST on Jul 11th, it still has not appeared in the topic list. I am and have been a member of many forums, and I've *never" had to wait this long for a moderated topic to appear, unless there was a problem with it. Even then, I received communication fr...

iTunes Radio?
Hi,
Is it possible to listen to iTunes Radio through iHomeServer? My smart TV and AV Receiver can do Pandora, Google Play and Spotify, but not iTunes Radio.
Thanks,
Jeff
