Problems with iTunes playlists

I have two start-up issues:
Don't know what this is referring to: " iTunes playlists are added explicitly by choosing the 'iTunes Library' tab to index your iTunes Library." What tab? I have indexed my iTunes but have no listed playlists.
Error message: "My Media for Alexa could not add all tracks to your iTunes playlists. The error was Cannot export Apple Music data - Error executing Apple Music export"
I'd appreciate a little knowledge - in this regard.
