Sorry I’m having trouble with accessing your my media skill right now

When I try to use My Media from three of my devices Alexa says “Sorry I’m having trouble with accessing your my media skill right now”. It works fine from seven other devices. All other skills are working on all of my devices.

It used to work on all my devices. I recently renewed my My Media license.

It works on 2 of 3 echo dots (2nd gen)
It works on 3 of 3 echo dots (3rd gen)
It works on an echo (3rd gen) but not on my echo (2nd gen)
It works from Alexa on my Android phone but not from Alexa on my iPad.

Any help would be appreciated.

I reported this problem to Amazon yesterday evening and I was about to give them a call to see if they could help when I decided to give My Media another try this morning.

It's working again on the Echo (2nd gen) and the iPad but still not working on the Echo Dot (2nd gen).

Can you try again and let us know the exact time stamp of your request and the amazon account that echo is paired with for the skill? Pls email us those details and we can trace the skill invocation

We’ve put a fix in which should hopefully resolve this issue
