Is there a way to stop Alexa's intro and cut straight to the song? Not that I don't appreciate the info or giving the artists their just recognition, but I'm trying to set up some smooth automation with lighting and Alexa's long schpeel about which song she's playing and who it's by and where she found it on my computer kind of ruins the mojo.

Answered your other thread, but for those reading here, it's not part of the this software. You must have an Alexa setting turned on that we don't.

Yes, it's not linked to My Media, it would happen with another music player, too. Or, at least, it happened to me before I got My Media. I initially thought I could live with it, but after the twelfth song description while I was working on a report about this Greece golden visa, I got tired of it and somehow solved the issue
