Is this product actively being developed/supported?

Having just renewed at a huge price increase I'm beginning to wonder why?

There seems to be no development anymore.
Feature requests go unanswered.
Questions go unanswered.

What exactly is the price increase funding if not further development & support?

Maybe it's just simply there is no alternative for people who wish to play their own, locally stored music via Alexa.
It feels like the developers are just happy to sit back and cash the cheques.

Mine stopped working 8 months ago, I just got my renewal email lol.

Plex with the Plex Skill works great at this point as an alternative.

I doubt the developer is making much money from this but is an A**hole for
continuing to take peoples money till the bitter end.

At some point Amazon will change something that will end it for everyone.

Good luck

My guess is that he is a one man and his dog operation who doesn't have enough resources or integrity to support and develop his product. I won't be renewing again either.

My renewal is coming up in 7 days and just seen the huge price hike.
Considering that there's been little to no engagement from the developer during my first year, I'll be seeking alternatives.

I'll check Plex skill again, I have to admit that I had little success with it in the past, but hopefully as the comment above eluded to, maybe Plex has finally come through
