2 days and counting to index files..

How long should it take to index music files on a network drive? Mymedia states it is indexing 18976 files but it has taken over two days and today it is only at 89/ At this rate it will take years...surely something is wrong?

Apologies for the delay in responding to this post - yes this is very wrong - please can you zip and email us log files to our email address using the Download Logs button on the Support tab of the My Media web interface? Then we can take a look
