I have over 2000 tracks in my iTunes library, but MyMedia says I only have 80! They are all album tracks. iTunes shows them correctly - My Media nowhere near.

Any ideas?

This is almost always because your iTunes collection contains media in file formats that Alexa can't decode natively, including some m4a formats such as ALAC.

Please see viewtopic.php?f=15&t=4150 for reasons and how to resolve it by enabling transcoding support.

Please note if your iTunes library contains m4p files, these won't be playable by My Media as they use Apple encryption and we can't decrypt them.

FWIW My iTunes library has 12,467 items and although I have not exhaustively tested it, My Media seems to be having no trouble handling it. When it did the index, it actually found some more items (13,032).
