My first post didn't go through for some reason so trying this again...
I'm currently in trial mode but interested in purchasing a license. Overall it's a great solution for streaming tunes! Here's my request:
I'd like the to be able to ignore a folder, ideally by placing a file in the folder. Currently I have one Watch Folder which is the root of my Music share. My collection isn't perfectly tagged and I have different versions of the same album (e.g. mono and stereo) so I'd like the ability to exclude/ignore certain folders.
Plex has this feature using a file called .plexignore, as does Kodi using a file called .nomedia. This would save me a ton of time... otherwise I guess I could create 700+ Watch Folders using Tampermonkey or something.
Thanks!

Re: Ability to ignore a folder
This functionality is now available in pre-release in these versions:
Windows: https://s3.amazonaws.com/bizmodeller/My ... 64-bit.msi
Mac: https://s3.amazonaws.com/bizmodeller/My ... .109.0.dmg
Linux debian 64-bit: https://s3.amazonaws.com/bizmodeller/My ... _amd64.deb
Linux debian 32-bit: https://s3.amazonaws.com/bizmodeller/My ... 1_i386.deb
The docker image at bizmodeller/mymediaforalexa is already up to date with this version.
By default My Media will ignore any folder (and subfolders) containing .mmaignore file. You can replace this (or add to it with other ignore files) using the new option in the Settings menu.
