My Media Can't find iTunes Playlists. Ideas please?

Hello.
I have just loaded My Media and so far so good. I have it working via Alexa on both an Echo Show 8 and 3 Sonos speakers. However when I go to My Media Alexa can't find playlists from my iTunes.
I have the path to iTunes Music and all indexed and will play, but no playlists show up.
Is this due to iTunes format or another reason?
How do I load my iTunes playlists into My Media?
I've been searching this forum and it seems my iTunes playlists should be in an .xml file but all I can find on my iMac is this: /Music/iTunes/iTunes%20Music%20Library.xml
The playlists play ok on my iMac so I now wonder if this is where they're stored?
I've tried it but get this: The selected path cannot be found or accessed
