Duplicates in Music Folder

Hi.
Just trying to get iHomeServer running correctly on Win7 64 bit and WHS2011. Got sync finally working but in addition to the problem with importing of videos I'm now seeing duplicates and even triplicates of songs now in the music folder. Any way short of removing each individual duplicated song through the console to clean this up?
Running latest versions of iHomeServer on each machine.
