I have just transferred all of my programmes and data to another laptop, but on trying to get MyMedia Alexa to play the tracks on the new laptop, it just goes silent, with the error messages you see below.

Same issue here, even with shuffle on. The only way to temporarily fix it for me is to restart my My Media server. I can turn on shuffle by saying "Alexa, open My Media and turn on shuffle."
