myMedia License Issue

Hello,
I recently changed my Amazon login email address (due to changing my ISP).
I noticed that myMedia for Alexa picked up on this change and correctly shows the new login address but now says my subscription has expired. My subscription is actually paid until December, 2020.
Is there a way to update my license so that it knows about my new Amazon email address login?
