CPU usage on Mac running high

Noticed recently that MyMediaforAlexa is using a large amount of CPU on my mac - running at 99.9% of the total CPU is dedicated to MyMediaforAlexa - anyone else noticed this sort of behaviour and any ideas why it should be running hot?
