I use my media on my computer with the Alexa app. I had to change hard drives and now cannot get the Alexa Console. I am up to date with My media payment, and have re downloaded Alexa app and My media app several times. I get "Error on this webpage might cause it work incorrectly" I am facing many hours of work transferring play lists but cannot even start without the console. Any suggestions?
