Account Registration

I have run the installer and followed the steps
The web browser has opened and I have the My Media for Alexa web console.
I accept the t&c's and press next.
The page that allows me to link the My Media for Alexa server app with the Amazon account I use on my Alexa device does not load.
I get a message in the top left corner saying "loading please wait"
Any ideas please

It installs ok on my windows 10 laptop but exactly the same as before on pc.
