Recovering the registration details to My Media

Hello,
Made an annual membership less than a year ago and after lately reinstalling Windows I seem to not have the proper
details to login to the My Media server. I tried 2 Amazon accounts which give me the 7 days trial period but apparently I can't recollect the right one with the membership. Is there a way to recover that email I used to register?
