Family Sharing

I am trying to share My Media to another PC in my cabin. My wife has here own Amazon account. But when I try to share My Media. It is giving me a error. Sp I am not sure where I am going wrong. I followed the Family Sharing explained post and make sure the firewalls were set etc.
But still no go on sharing.
