Hi,
I've recently encountered an issue with playing any media, which although I can see through the dashboard that the request has been properly parsed, the server never finds the media, and alexa reports there was no media to play. When I do a refresh of the watch folders, the media files are all found and recognised as normal. I've even stopped and restarted the server, which made no difference.
I thought that it might be that my license had expired, but I've had no email to invite me to renew, and when I try through the website it states that I'm good until the end of April 2021.
Can someone please investigate and let me know how to resolve this please?

After no response, I went through the traditional IT resolution methodology, and turned off/on everything, from skills to servers. In the end, the only thing that worked was uninstalling MyMedia and then re-installing.
