Can I use home made media files

Hi,
My Dad is quite elderly and unfortunately blind. He has asked if there is anyway that he can listen to the audio or our many home movies using Alexa (I will extra the audio). Obviously these audio files are not going to exist in any music media database. Is the system capable of allowing him to ask Alexa to play one of these by using the file name of the audio file?
