Often but not always it will repeat a track. The fact that it at times repeats a track is no big deal but after completely playing repeated track, it stops playing

We have had this reported by several users so you are not alone. We can't reproduce it. We opened a case with Amazon and for several weeks tried to work with them to resolve the issue with one customer who was experiencing it. Each time, Amazon would ask the user to provide a debug level log from the Echo device which they did in a timely fashion, but when Amazon continued to look at the case, the logs timed out (as Amazon can only keep them for a few days) and so we would have to repeat the process from the beginning. Unfortunately the affected customer gave up before we could resolve it.
