subscription has expires; can't renew

Hi, I am new here.
I have a problem with the renewal of my subscription. On 19 November I received a notice that my subscription ends in 8 days.
I followed the instructions but could not renew my subscription. I immediately wrote to support but received no reply.

Now my subscription has expired

What can I do so that I can use My Media for Alexa again?
