Has MyMediaForAlexa been abandoned?

Just wondering if it's fruitless trying to get any support now for this?
Mine stopped working a week ago and no email response from the developer and from what I can see, no engagement here on the forum either

I've tried posting here, emailing them and reached out via Twitter.
No engagement from them whatsoever.

Similar complaints on Reddit and Amazon. Still posting on
Twitter but probably a third party.
The Plex Skill works fairly well now and seems to be the best alternative.
