I have 30,000 songs, but only 405 are indexed. Only one song per album apparently. I have no idea with this application. There needs to be some kind of tech support on a real telephone. I know I only spent $5/year, but I really need some help here. When I read the messages it says that all my songs were indexed, but they're not there on the dashboard. Just 405 songs. I am so confused.

Thanks for your emails and forum post - unfortunately we can't provide telephone support.

It also looks like you correctly added your iTunes library xml file but that the computer may have been restarted before it finished indexing or could save it's database to disk.

Please can you re-add your iTunes Library.xml file using the iTunes Library tab and the filename /Users/pvb/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music Library.xml and let it complete indexing?
