Alexa only plays one song from playlist or plays the wrong playlist

I have used ITunes on my MAC and sent all of the playlists to MY Media. Alexa will only play one song from each playlist on most of my playlists or plays a song from another playlist. I have tried clearing both programs and started over again but the same thing keeps happening. What can be done to make this work correctly?

Can you please click the Download Logs button on the Support Tab of the My Media web console and send us a copy by email? We can then look into this. Please don't post log files to the forum.
