Cover Art

Hi,
In the change log for .106, it says 'Support for crawling cover.png and cover.jpg for coverart'
I have a cover.jpg file in each audiobook directory, but when I play back on my Spot, it doesn't display anything other than a default icon? Please can you describe the expected behaviour on the Spot?
Also, I notice that within the web interface, all the covers are somewhat low-res (I'm assuming perhaps they are extracted from the .mp3, rather than displaying the .jpg).
