I just purchased a subscription around a month ago & it's acting as if the server is down. When I ask Alexa to play media it responds "Your My Media server is not connected. Please make sure the computer running My Media is switched on & connected to the internet". When I open the app, the window that reads "Please wait whilst the My Media for Alexa Windows Service starts up. This may take a few minutes, particularly if your computer has just been started" comes up & the green progress bar moves but that's all. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
Please use the Download Logs button on the Support tab of the My Media web console to download logs and email them to us at our support address and we'll take a look
Sorry, this has been fixed. I found the same issue on another thread. Think I had to restart the server
