I run a Win 10 64bit PC and when I try to install MyMedia (either 64 or 32bit) the install proceeds until it can not start the MyMedia service-see attached jpeg.

Now,I have no problem installing other programs and at a loss why this one is causing problems.As the install file is a .msi I can not run as Admin.Now looking for a genius.

If you receive the error "Service 'My Media for Alexa Service' (MyMediaForAlexa) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services", please first verify that you have Microsoft .Net installed by installing from this link:
