issues playing music

i'd say 99% of the time i want to use the app, it simply doesn't work. it's always something. i update the app often and have the current version for mac.
my library is 52k songs.
what can i do to stop having to change the ip address in the app?
what is up with this warning? i often get it.

when music finally does play, it cuts on & off constantly. a fix?
the app often will not recognize my request for a song or album. very often. i tried to do a shortcut in one istance and it was zero help. let's say i want to play the album greatest hits, by the band sweet. it won't play it. see attachment for my override. did i do it correctly if i want to say "sweet 1" to play that album? it still won't play.
