Do I get a confirmation if I buy a something off my media alexa?

Not sure I understand the question.

When you purchase a year subscription to My Media, you get a confirmation email with receipt.

There are no additional purchases within My Media once that step is done, i.e. you can't purchase anything using My Media for Alexa.

Yeah I was just making sure that you receive a confirmation email when purchasing a year subscription.

Yup absolutely. And to be clear because we get asked this a lot - we do not create a recurring payment with Paypal - it's a one off payment for 1 year of access. At the end of the year, you would need to purchase another year; we do not automatically charge the next payment.
