I have indexed my entire library of m4a files, and there are about 3700 or so songs. Although MyMedia finds all the songs, it does not "see" about 300 or so of them-- the dashboard shows that there are 3400 or so songs. I found one album in particular missing so I tried removing the watched folder for the entire collection and just added the folder containing the one album. It sees 13 songs in the folder and reports that the scan was successful, but the dashboard shows 0 songs and I cannot play the songs. What is it about this particular album that is causing MyMedia not to recognize the songs?

Please could you copy/paste an extract from that Watch Folder log for the Watch folder with the 13 songs that aren't indexing.

It sounds most likely like these are ALAC encoded m4a's and perhaps you don't have the option to enable support for additional file formats (via ffmpeg) enabled in settings?
