Only one device working with MY Media

I have 3 devices 2nd gen echo dot, 1st gen echo show and 1st gen echo spot. The only that is recolonized by asking open my media is echo show. Why aren't the others working. I'm on the 7 day free trail.

All three devices should play fine - they can play different streams from your My Media collection simultaneously.
When you ask the other devices "Alexa, open My Media", what does Alexa exactly say?
