Option to automatically resume audiobooks without asking

I love the audiobook functionality of MyMedia - I have converted audiobooks from Audible just to be able to use them via MyMedia rather than the native Audible integration which was constantly losing my place.
A very minor annoyance for me is the "continue where you left off?" question. I absolutely understand it being the default
My use case - I'm only ever listening to one audiobook at a time. I don't want to bother with having to remember the title so I have a Routine that plays book "current book" via MyMedia, and use the Overrides option in setting to override "current book" to whatever it is that I'm currently listening to.
"Alexa, resume current audiobook" and I'm away.. To be asked whether I should pickup where I left off - to which I have never in several years of use, ever said "no".
If not an option to disable it, perhaps a specific command to resume audiobook from previous position *without* prompting?
