If the My Media for Alexa web console is working, then the easiest way to download your My Media logs is to click on the 'Support' tab then 'Download Logs'. This will download a zip of the relevant log files which you can then email to support.
If My Media for Alexa has stopped working and you can't access the web console, then you can manually find the log files in the following locations:
Windows
Code: Select all
c:\Program Files\MyMediaForAlexa\MyMediaForAlexa.log
Mac/Linux
Code: Select all
~/.MyMediaForAlexa/MyMediaForAlexa.log
