Abort folder scan leads to multiple files

It seems, that an aborted scan leads to multiple files in the iHome itunes media folders.
Setup:
- iHomeserver scans folder of Music
- There apperas after a time in several foldes multiple of some files ...1.m4a, ...2.m4a, ...3.m4a
- The source didn't have these files
- Watch folder was set to "watch for changes"
- The duplicated files are NOT changed between the scans
- there are a lot of folders with these behaviour
