iTunes View is Blank

When I go to the iTunes View tab, everything in the right column is blank, no matter which of the four items I choose from the left column. I am running Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard with the latest version of the iHomeServer. The app allows me to start and stop iTunes, so it does see it and can control it. iTunes is available from the network and I can play videos when running as a service.
Any clues as to what I need to change to make this work?
