iHomeserver upgrade problem

Hello
Im currently running iHomeserver 3.1.76.0 on Windows Server 2012 Essentials. When trying to upgrade iHomserver to 3.1.84.0 a get a message that "The Add-In is already installed.

Anyone? (Se also attached file for dialog copies)

Please can you try the steps outlined in this blog article to see if they resolve the issue:

(it should also be applicable to Windows Server 2012)
