How To Play Different Folders
How To Play Different Folders
I am new to My Media and also to this forum, but I do have a question I cannot find the answer to and was hoping someone could help. In my "Watch Folder" I have add two (2) folders; One is call Country Music and the other is called Rock & Roll Music. I am trying to figure out a way where I can play only the Rock & Roll Music folder and no Country music. Also, is there a way I can play both county and rock & roll music? Your help and information would be greatly appreciated! Thank You.

Re: How To Play Different Folders
Apologies for the delay in replying; we've had some issues with our forum recently.
If you update to the latest version of My Media then you can assign a playlist label to a Watch Folder. Assuming you label your Country Watch Folder as 'Country', then you can say "Alexa, ask My media to play my Country playlist" and it will play the tracks in your My Media Watch Folder called 'Country'.
It basically autocreates a playlist mapped to your watch folder....
Hope this helps and sorry again for the delay.
